How does FIFA Chemistry work and how does it affect player stats?
Formal: (Team Chemistry x .25) + ((Player Chemistry x 10) x .75)
If the resulting number is more than 50, then a player receives a stats boost.
When the result is exactly 50, then the outcome is neutral and the player’s base stats are the ones you’ll get in-game.
