But beyond that, Ubisoft is already eyeing the game’s next major update,
Title Update 4. Ubisoft didn’t reveal the actual date or timeframe for when it will arrive, but Ubisoft did promise more content with it. Most notably will be t
he addition of a fourth specialization.
The Division 2 currently has three specializations that become available once you hit level 30 and complete the main story. The three current specializations available are the Sharpshooter, the Survivalist and the Demolitionist. They are identified primarily by their weapon of choice which is the TAC-50 C Rifle, the Explosive Tipped Crossbow and the M32A1 Multi-shot Grenade Launcher respectively.
what do you think will be the fourth?
Early before, rumor has it that three more are expected to be released later down the year as shown in the news regarding the Year 1 Road Map for future DLC content.
Specialization 4 doesn’t seem to show much. Given the angle the Agent is holding he weapon, I’ll hazard a guess at either some sort of rifle or shotgun.
Specialization 5 is obviously an LMG. It’s not a 249 nor 240. The outline could be the M60E4, but we already have that as a normal weapon so I’m not sure what’s special about it. Maybe it has a bipod?
Specialization 6 looks to be an SMG given the muzzle and my guess on overall length based on the watch position. There’s a small chance it’s a CQB Rifle, though I’m leaning more towards SMG.
It is as of yet unknown if there will be specializations focused more around supportive or non-standard items such as the shield or a flamethrower. Given the already-powerful Shield loadout available, it would be interesting to see if it could be built specifically into the game.
