To rank up your hero into a higher tier, you will need different kind of catalyst to complete the ranking up process. The best and surest way to obtain catalyst is by attending the daily event dungeons. You have class dungeons that rotate every day of the week for specific classes. A proving ground event for the basic catalyst. And lastly the special events for you to get the alpha catalyst. You can obtain the class catalyst through going to the daily event dungeons.
