With the annual football season has just begun, EA Sports has released the first patch reflecting a host of new changes and additions in various areas in Madden 19. These changes include a few rules updates, a few new adjustments in gameplay. One great highlight is the addition of a new signature celebration courtesy of the EA Play “Touchdown Celebration” winner Douglas Veney. The new update is now available on PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The following are key highlights in major areas.

Gameplay:
Added Signature Celebration by Douglas Veney, the Touchdown Dance Challenge from EA Play;
Updated formula for defenders' ability to play the ball in the air;
Followed new NFL Rules Point of Emphasis – Dives by the ball carrier will be considered as giving himself up on the play, and will be ruled the same as QB slides;

Franchise:
Added new To Do items for Weekly and Yearly Awards, Pro Bowl, and Upgrading Players;
Added new filter options to the Roster and Draft Recap menus, so you can see the best players in the league at a glance;

Change Log
Made generally stability improvements.
In addition, with the patch note, EA Sports further rolled out a raft of updates on gameplay, Franchise, vision, Madden Ultimate Team and game changes for the PC version. Readers can head to EA official website to keep track with the latest updates.

One other note, the recent updated roster finally brought Khalil Mack to the Bears. Other teams were also faced with important changes. 17 players from different teams have updated their likeness in the game.
