W- Blood Frenzy Bonus Attack Speed adjusted from 54-110 percent to 55-95 percent.
 
Draven: Q-Spinning Axe Bonus Physical Damage increased by five.
 
Galio: Base Movement Speed increased from 335 to 340.
Q- Cooldown decreased from 12-7 seconds to 11.7 seconds.
 
Graves: Increases the attack speed effect of items and runes to 35% and the critical hit damage per projectile from 40% to 45%.
 
Hwei: Passive ability increased from 30 percent to 35 percent.
Combo ability: 75% to 80%.
 
Jarvan IV: Passive - Martial Cadence Bonus Physical Damage increased from 6% to 7%.
 
Jhin: Passive - Whisper movement speed on crit increased from 10 percent to 14 percent.
     Q - Dancing Grenade attack damage ratio increased from 35-65 percent to 44-74 percent.
 
Kai'Sa: Q - Icathian Rain attack damage ratio increased by five percent
 
LeBlanc: Q - Sigil of Malice base damage increased from 65-165 to 70-170.
        W - Distortion cooldown decreased from 18-10 to 15-10.
 
 
Zeir: Health reduced by 30.
 
Zac: Base Health Regeneration decreased from 8 to 5.
 
Thresh: Base stat armor increased by 2.
Magic Resistance growth increased by 0.25.
 
Sylas: Damage increased from 70 percent to 100 percent.
 
Olaf: Bonus Damage to Monsters increased from 5-25 to 5-45.
 
Ryze: Slow increased from 35% to 50%.
     Cooldown decreased from 13-9 to 11-9.
 
Skarner: Updated Aftershock, Phase Rush, and Conqueror Recommended items added Heartsteel, moved Iceborn Gauntlet later, and increased priority of Dead Man's Plate.
 
Mordekaiser: Cooldown reduced from 9-4 to 8-4, damage reduced by 10,
 
System Changes
