First and foremost, you have to get the right ship to beat Omega Machina and make sure that this ship is at least as fast and powerful as the Highwind Peak. Tips & Tricks to Beat Omega Machina

 Gigant Pyramid

To challenge the Omega Machine, you'll first have to defeat the boss “Gigant Pyramid” and emerge victorious in four other Gummi Battles in The Eclipse galaxy. Each one can be found outside by four sides of the giant structure that sits in the center of the map. If you do a lap you'll bump into them. Defeat all four and Omega Machine will spawn at at the top of the spaceship.

4 Mini Bosses:

As the Gigant Pyramid does not have any specific powerful moves, it should be relatively easy to defeat the boss as long as you focus on dodging its attacks. After defeating the Gigant Pyramid, 4 mini bosses will spawn to the east, west, south, and below the central facility. Here are some tips and tricks when you fight against each of them:
 
Grand Warrior: Be sure to dodge his moves , since those moves can deal high damage. Besides, equip the Repair Kit for Special Weapon and try use the Repair Kit when your HP hit 1/4 or below.
Scarlet Shark: Be wary of the Scarlet Shark's tackle attack. To avoid it, you can move the corner of the screen with the key.
Countdown 11: Just try using the Special Weapon when groups of enemies spawn.
Quick Break 11: Make sure that increase your attack connects as much as you can, and try use special weapon usage when groups of enemies spawn.

Omega Machina:
