World tier 5: Tidal Basin isn’t available at the moment but it will soon come in the near future. What Is The Division 2 Tidal Basin Release Date?
 
At the time of writing, latest word from Ubisoft is that there is no firm release date for World Tier 5 just yet. However, from the hint given by the game developer, we guess that the World Tier 5 to be released before the 8-player raid comes out for the game. So, it should be relatively soon. We guess it can be no more than a month after the game comes out. Since it is our guess, so it might prove wrong.
 
The Division 2 World Tier 5 Gear Sets, Gear Score 500 Increase, Weekly Invasions, Heroic 
 
World Tier 5 is currently the highest difficulty level in The Division 2 that offers the greatest challenge and the greatest rewards. Though the former is probably limited-time Black Tush variants on more missions, and the Heroic difficulty will likely introduce tougher enemies who, once defeated, drop better rewards. Here's how you reach each and every world tier in The Division 2.
 
World Tier 1:
Reach level 30
Complete the District Union Arena, Roosevolt Island, and Capitol Building Strongholds
Pick a Specialization
 
World Tier 2:  
Complete the Grand Washington Hotel invaded mission
Complete the Jefferson Trade Center invaded mission
Attain a Gear Score of 275
 
World Tier 3:
Complete the Air & Space Museum invaded mission
Complete the Space Administration invaded mission
Attain a Gear Score of 325
 
World Tier 4:
omplete Potomac Event Center invaded mission
Complete Federal Emergency Bunker invaded mission
Attain a Gear Score of 375
 
World Tier 5 (Tidal Basin):
Complete District Union Arena, Capitol Building, and Roosevelt Island invaded Strongholds
Attain a Gear Score of 425
 
So far, the final Stronghold, Tidal Basin, is not yet available to play, meaning that advancing to World Tier 5 is not currently possible. Once it is beatable, World Tier 5 will be achievable.
