Genshin Impact is a free-to-play action role-playing game, which was developed and published by miHoYo. It takes place on the world of Teyvat, which is divided into several nations and regions. The game will at last feature seven major regions. But currently, there are two nations within the game that the player can explore: Mondstadt and Liyue. Mondstadt, known as the city of freedom, worships Barbatos, the wind archon and sits on an island in the middle of a lake. The development of future versions is already proceeding apace. We will continue focusing on it. Every version update will come with its own themed activities.

Version 1.1 -- Estimated to arrive November 11, the Unreconciled Stars event will take place in this version.

Version 1.2 -- Estimated to arrive December 23, this version will open up the Dragonspine area and its related event.

Version 1.3 -- Estimated to arrive in February 2021, the Lantern Rite event series comes with this version.

New Dragonspine Region Coming In December

MiHoYo intends to add new content to Genshin Impact roughly every six weeks according to a recent blog post. An update in November will kick off the Unreconciled Stars event, but the really big update drops in December and unlocks the snowy Dragonspine area. One thing MiHoYo curiously doesn’t mention are new characters, but considering they’re the backbone of the game’s gacha system, it seems that we’ll be getting new ones with pretty much every update.
