Genshin Impact Yaoyao Release Date
Yaoyao (Chinese: 瑶瑶Yáoyáo) is an NPC in Genshin Impact. She is speculated to be released as a playable character in the future. She was Xiangling's junior disciple under the same master chef, but has since become an assistant for Ganyu.
 
Yaoyao is widely rumored to be the first character to wield the plant-based DENDRO element. We’ve seen enemies use Dendro since launch, but players have been unable to access the ability in any capacity. Yaoyao likely won’t be available in version 1.5 or 1.6. Many expect her to officially join the cast after Inazuma, one of Genshin’s seven nations, becomes a playable location. MiHoYo has yet to make an official announcement about when that could happen.
 
Knowing about a character, seeing their in-game models, and even hearing about how closed-beta players are using them give players no idea of the character's release.
 
Genshin Impact fans are still eagerly awaiting Dainsleif, who miHoYo officially announced last year, even releasing their Japanese and English voice actor details. In the official Chinese forum of Genshin Impact, a little girl who is wearing a Liyue-style outfit appeared with Qiqi. It is rumored that this girl is Yaoyao and it seems to fit Beidou's description of her as a playful little girl.
 
Genshin Impact Leaks: Release date for Inazuma, Dendro Baizhu, Kazuha, Yoimiya, leaked
If you are a Genshin Impact fan, you must be eagerly waiting for the Inazuma region and Dendro characters release date. Dendro is the only element in the game which doesn’t have any characters and it was being speculated that Yaoyao and Baizhu will be the first two Dendro characters making their way into the game.  Today, a new leak has surfaced which details us about when we can expect the Inazuma region and the Dendro characters to arrive in the game (courtesy of Wangsheng Funeral Parlor).
 
According to the leak, Dendro will not be coming in 1.6, nor in the subsequent two updates, 1.7 and 1.8. Dendro will be linked with Chasm and it will come after that, which means we can expect it in the 2.0 update. As far as the Inazuma region is concerned it will be arriving in either 1.6, 1.7, or 1.8. Kazuha and Yoimiya will be the first two banners arriving as part of the update. It is also speculated that 1.6 will include Inazuma’s two islands, with Inazuma City launching in 1.7 update.
