Season 8 of Fortnite has officially started, offering Fortnite players new ways to earn experience points and Battle Stars. This week's challenges give us a mix of old and new, with ones we've seen before and others that rely on the new map changes. If you wanna complete as quickly as possible to rank up your battle pass, keep on reading for what to expect this week and how to complete all of them. Visit all Pirate Camps (0/7)
Search Chests at Retail Row or Junk Junction (0/7)
Deal damage with a Shotgun and an Explosive Weapon in a single match (0/2)
Stage 2/3: Deal damage with a Pistol and an Assault Rifle in a single match
Stage 3/3: Deal damage with an SMG an a Sniper in a single match
 
Battle Pass Challenges:
 
Visit a giant face in the desert, the jungle and the snow (0/3)
Use a Volcano Vent in different matches (0/5)
Get an elimination with a Shotgun, Assault Rifle and Explosive Weapon (0/3)
Deal Damage to a vehicle driven by an opponent (0/200)

 

How to Complete All Those Challenges?
 
Let’s started with Free Challenges. First, you are required to visit all Pirate Camps. In Fortnie Season 8, there are also big map changes across the northeast quarter of the island on map. Here's a map showing all the Pirate Camp locations, as you can check above. After that, you have head to old favorite locations Retail Row and Junk Junction for chests. Since both places are not new areas, it won’t be hard for you to find some chests. Last, you have to complete a a multi-stage challenge. Stage 1: this challenge is relatively easy, any amount of damage will do. Stage 2: this is also an easy one, as Pistols and ARs are almost everywhere in the game. As with Battle Pass challenges, here’s how you gonna do to finish each of them. To finish the first one, you can find all three “giant faces” locations in the video above. Then use a Volcano Vent in different matches. You can find plenty of these Volcano Vent's near the Volcano at Wailing Woods (or what used to be Wailing Woods). After that, you are tasked with getting an elimination with a Shotgun, Assault Rifle and Explosive Weapon. Like the multi-stage challenges in Free Challenges, you can find all of them easily and then join in fights! The final challenge is to deal damage to a vehicle driven by an opponent. This may now be a bit harder because planes have been vaulted.  Your safest bet here will probably just be to take potshots at X-4 Stormwings overhead. That way they're unlikely to see you. Whatever method you choose, you only need 200 damage so it shouldn't take too long.
