A couple of days ago, to celebrate the upcoming release of Endgame on April 26, Epic Games teased image showing Captain America's shield on Twitter, indicating a second time cooperation with the Marvel universe in the form of a Fortnite x Avengers event. It seem that this time that a selection of new outfits will appear during the event. So, keep on reading for when the event will start and what new skins we will see.

 

Fortnite Avenger Endgame Event Preview
 
It is confirmed that The Fortnite x Avengers event has an April 25 release date on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android. Expect Fortnite to be taken offline at 9am UK time, and return by 11am BST. Fans should be able to play the new mode when the downtime ends and the servers come back online.
 
The first Avengers Endgame teasers featured a Fortnite character holding Captain America's shield. This is followed by a second teaser featuring Thor's Hammer.The third and final teaser, which was accompanied by a message telling fans to do "whatever it takes", featured Raptor wearing Iron Man's gauntlets.
 
While teasers could be hinting at new skins, it's also possible that players will be able to transform into these Marvel characters as part of the LTM.
 
We guess that, it could be an expanded version of the Thanos event, which saw players hunt for the Infinity Gauntlet.
 
Finding the Infinity Gauntlet would transform players into Avengers Endgame villain Thanos who have infinite powers. The last person standing was crowned the winner.
 
It's even possible that it will launch with its own set of challenges, each linked to new and exclusive rewards.
 
Fortnite Avengers Skins
 
Epic Games and Marvel will be bringing skins based on the popular characters of the MCU into the battle royale title. Here are five skins that we'd like to see appear in the Item Shop... Note that Whether or not the following skins will be included in a skins pack remains to be seen, but there's certainly a very good chance of these skins making an appearance. 
 
Captain America
The initial teaser features a Fortnite character holding Captain America's shield, which could potentially be the first look of a new skin.
 
Black Panther
Black Panther has quickly become one of the most popular Marvel superheroes since his first appearance in February 2018 and many Fornite players hope to see it in Fortnite Battle Royale this time. 
 
Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel plays a major role in the Avengers: Endgame movie on April 26. so it;s very likely to have a themed skin available in the Item Shop.
 
Thor
We can see it now. Thor skins running around the map with a cape Back Bling and his hammer as the pickaxe. Just make it happen.
