Borderlands 3 How to Activate Broken Hearts PC/PS4/Xbox One & How to Get BL3 Broken Hearts Rewards
Borderland 3's Valentine Day event is called Broken hearts, and it’s all about going around the galaxy, breaking the hearts above an enemy’s head. This short article will introduce how to get BL3 Broken Hearts and inactive its rewards.
Broken Hearts Day is set to release on February 13th, 2020, and the event will be active until February 20th, 2020. You will have a chance to earn new skins, cosmetics, and a couple of Legendary weapons by completing the objectives of the event! Players might remember being slightly annoyed by the previous Halloween event, but don't worry! The patch that brings along this event will come with an option to disable special events. You won't have to worry about ghosts or anything else plaguing your game after they've overstayed their welcome.
During the event, enemies will have hearts hanging around them. Once you have destroyed 50, you will unlock the Terminal Polyaimourous SMG. It features the elements Shock and Fire. It has 389 damage, 81% accuracy, 59% handling, 2.9-second reload speed, 9.15 seconds on fire rate, and a mag that holds 44. Destroying 100 hearts earns you the super nice Wedding Invitation sniper rifle. It boasts 3473 damage, has 93% accuracy, 36% handling, 3.0-seconds load time, a fire rate of 1.39 per second, and a magazine size of six.
The hearts take several forms and break in different ways: some will fall to the ground with a fiery explosion, while others might drop loot or briefly turn enemies into allies, for example. Maurice will keep track of how many hearts you've broken and mail you the following event rewards as you reach each of these totals:
10 – "ECHOcardiogram" ECHO Skin
25 – "Cosmic Romance" Weapon Trinket
50 – "Terminal Polyaimorous" Legendary Maliwan SMG
75 – "Heartbreaker" Vault Hunter Skin
100 – "Wedding Invitation" Legendary Jakobs Sniper Rifle
Following a quick update to your Borderlands 3 game, you don’t need to do anything else. The Broken Hearts event should go active as soon as you jump into the game. To access your progress while you’re playing, go into your menu and go to the fifth slot reserved for events. You should see a detailed breakdown of all of the available challenges you can do in the game, and the rewards. Unlike the previous holiday event, the Bloody Harvest, you do not need to see Maurice and start the event directly. You do have the option to remove yourself from the event. To do this, you need to return to the main menu, choose the vault hunter you want to play, and before loading into a game, choose to disable the Broken Hearts event. You won’t see any of the hearts above enemy’s heads in the game. If you join another friend’s game and they have the event active, though, you will see the hearts.
That is the guide on how to start the Broken Heart event and How to get the rewards. By the way, hope this short guide will do a great help for you.
