Big Gameplay Update You Might Have Missed of Rainbow Six Siege And Here is What We Know
Rainbow Six Siege Operation Para Bellum is being released alongside a huge update on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The brand new update introduces a new map and operators to the console and PC shooter. Besides that, the new characters will be playable following the update. Usually, a major update was released with gameplay as well as operators changes. However, many players were experiencing a number of issues when trying to play the game.
The biggest additions are the new operators, which
Season Pass holders can use today but don't go live for everyone else until June 14. They're both members of the Italian Gruppo Intervento Speciale, or G.I.S. We're also getting a new map: a luxurious Tuscan Villa that's home to an Italian crime family and what I hope is a more than decent wine cellar.
But the biggest additions to Siege are the new operators and map that are coming as part of
Operation Para Bellum. The operators are two new Italian defenders. Ubisoft just added two new attackers as part of its
Operation Chimera. It seems like Ubisoft knows that competitive, balanced play is important to Siege fans, and that’s what it is focusing on for the next updates.
The update also allows players to adjust their preferences for how they cycle through different viewpoints using Siege's Observer Tool, and on PC it enables the rebinding of certain Operator Tool commands.
Blackbeard
Increase MK17 damage from 42 to 49
Reduce SR-25 damage from 72 to 61
Reduce the hit points on the Rifle Shield from 60 to 50
30 percent reduction in movement speed penalty when the Rifle Shield is equipped
During Operation Health, Ubisoft discovered that displaced weapon sights led to a large problem with weapon recoil, and sometimes meant that gamers firing shots were seeing a contrast between where their aiming reticle was and where bullets ended up hitting. Ubisoft has now put in a system it calls
Multi-Stage Recoil, and this allows the company to implement unique data sets for recoil chances based on the weapon being used. The new update will also bring gameplay enhancements, key among them being modifications to fix weapon sights misalignment.
Players that successfully complete the mission will recieve the Caveira Gloves which unlock the position of all nearby enemies in
Campaign Mode. Elsewhere, Wildlands' latest update introduces two new classes inspired by
Rainbow Six Operators Doc and Smoke. Surgeon is an Assault class equipped with the MPD-0 Stim Pistol, which can be used to heal and even revive downed players.
Hilarious Para Bellum spelling aside, Ubisoft look to have tweaked everything that needs to be sorted to ensure this is one under-the-radar shooter that has some of multiplayer's biggest names firmly in its sights.
Ubisoft has done well for Rainbow Six Siege when it comes to content as the developer has aimed to release a total of 4 DLCs to Rainbow Six Siege this year. Want to get Safe and

Totally, the latest update for the game brings some big changes to a number of its operators as well as new weapon attachments. Changes to three of the game's operators isn't all that is coming in the update. And that's what keeps Rainbow Six Siege worth coming back to two years after its launch.
