DONKEY QUEST
You get your donkey quest at level 16 or 17 from an NPC named “Igor Bartali” in Velia Town. Simply talk to him by pressing “R” to accept then complete the quest. He will give you a donkey emblem which you need to take to the stable hand and register.To register the emblem, talk to the stable hand by pressing “R” and going to “Stable” then “Register item”. Right-click the emblem in your inventory then enter a name for your donkey in the box provided. To take your donkey out of the stable so you can ride him, click on the picture of the donkey on the left-hand side, then click “Take Mount”. Your donkey will appear next to the stable hand. Go up to your donkey and press “R” to mount him.
 
HORSE
Horse is one of the best and universal types of mounts. It can be used for almost anything: traveling, trading and fighting. It’s possible to transport goods using it. It’s one of the most popular pets in the game.
Purchasing: it’s possible to purchase a horse at a special auction. The lowest price of a simple horse is set up at the level of 40 000 but if you want a better one you will have to pay more. It will cost you 60 000 to purchase a horse with special abilities.
Pay attention to talents when you purchase a horse. There are about 10 different talents for horses in Black Desert but a single horse has only some of them. Some horses are better for travels and battles while others are better for transporting your goods.
Catching: there is a special lasso you can use for catching horses. It will require a lot of time and patience to catch horse because the success is not guaranteed. You may spend a lasso and win a minigame but fail. Though this way of getting a speed mount is tough, you will have a lot of fun and will remember the process forever. There is no other MMO that allows you to catch a mount.
 
CAMELS
Camels are purchased from any Stable Keeper within Valencia. A camel costs 5 Imperial Taming Seals.
To get a camel mount you will need to have a level 26 or higher (any tier) horse, but the higher the tier of horse the more seals you will receive in exchange.
You will need to trade in the horse to a Stable Keeper in exchange for Imperial Taming Seals. Once you have 5 Imperial Taming Seals you can get a camel.
To keep your camel going (stamina & endurance) you will need to give it camel feed (Dry Thorns).
Camels are best used for travelling in the desert.
