In Animal Crossing: New Horizons gameplay, there is a clothing shop run by the hedgehog sisters Mabel and Sabel, called The Able Sisters Shop. In New Horizons, you need to help the sisters open their shop on your island, which will allow you to buy new clothes and get Able Sisters patterns to customise your furniture.

 
 

How to Get The Able Sisters Tailor Shop
To unlock The Able Sisters Shop you'll need to spend 5,000 Bells in Mabel's pop-up shop. You'll need to have completed the Museum, and Nook's Cranny projects (you'll speak to her first after building these). Later, she'll appear at a stall outside, speak to her, and start buying things. This is the point at which we were able to unlock the tailor shop. You won't need to donate any materials, as they will be using some leftover from your construction of Nook's Cranny. Speak to Mabel (she's the Sonic-looking lady who runs the clothing stand) and she will note that you've made the island a lot busier. She will give you a construction kit.

1. In order to build the shop, you must first unlock Mable’s visits to the island. Once you’ve helped Timmy and Tommy build Nook’s Cranny (after you’ve upgraded your tent to a house), visit their new shop to find them talking to Mable, and you’ll overhear that they want her to visit the island and sell her wares.
2. From this point on, you can spot Mable in the center plaza below Resident Services on a random day of the week, as well as on Saturday and Sunday. Each time she will have a different selection of clothing - but not much - and you can’t try it on before buying them.
3. However, it seems that if you buy at least 5 items and over 5,000 bells worth of clothing and accessories from Mable over the course of at least two of her visits, she will tell you upon her next visit that she’d like to open a shop on the island.
4. Then, you can place down the building plot just as you did for Nook’s Cranny. After a day of construction, the Able Sisters will be open for business permanently.
 
What can you do at the Able Sisters' clothing shop?
The range of items and activities available after unlocking the tailor shop is surprisingly expansive in New Horizons - and we're definitely not complaining:
·A number of clothing and accessory options for sale - including socks and shoes - in various styles and colors, which change daily
·In the middle of the store is a daily-rotating selection of six items for purchase, whose variations can be accessed in the changing room
·The left side of the store features two mannequins, of which the items and their variations can also be accessed in the changing room; however, these items will only rotate weekly
·A variety of custom clothing designs can be found hanging on the back wall, and can be switched out with designs from the app on your NookPhone as you please
·In the back right corner of the shop, you'll find the Custom Designs Portal, which allows you to access designs shared by other players around the world by searching for unique IDs shared by other players (requires a Nintendo Switch Online subscription).
 
Finally, every day you visit Able Sister and talk to her, Sable will start to provide you with a new fabric pattern. You can use these patterns to customize a series of furniture and use them to decorate houses and islands. Hope you like this game!
